Welcome to Pizza Ranch Lincoln, a vibrant family destination located at 8420 Lexington Ave, Lincoln, NE 68505. Here, visitors can indulge in an extraordinary experience that goes beyond just food. Known for its all-you-can-eat buffet, Pizza Ranch Lincoln invites you to fill your plate with a variety of delicious pizzas, succulent fried chicken, and an array of sides and desserts. The welcoming atmosphere is perfect for families, birthday parties, or simply a casual meal with friends.
The buffet is truly customizable, offering a unique “Buffet Your Way” approach that allows patrons to request fresh pizzas made to their liking. Why settle for anything less than your favorite flavor when you can have a whole pizza made just for you? I remember the delight of enjoying the Texan taco pizza – it was unlike any taco pizza I had experienced before, boasting fresh ingredients and bold flavors that brought a satisfying twist to a classic dish.
Aside from the impressive pizza selection, there’s a reason why they proudly call it The Country’s Best Chicken. The fried chicken is flawlessly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, rivaling the likes of famous chains such as KFC and Popeyes. Each dining experience is complemented by their mouthwatering sides, like creamy mashed potatoes, which perfectly round out your meal.
Beyond the food, the customer service at Pizza Ranch Lincoln shines bright. Enthusiastic employees like Carl, Andrea, and James (affectionately known as Tarzan) create a welcoming environment that resonates with each guest. Many patrons rave about the friendly and attentive staff who not only ensure your needs are met but also bring a touch of warmth that transforms a meal into a cherished memory.
With the recent addition of a “Fun Zone” arcade, Pizza Ranch Lincoln caters to families looking for a complete dining experience. Featuring working arcade machines that provide entertainment for children and adults alike, the Fun Zone adds a lively flair to your visit, making it a great spot for celebrations and gathering with loved ones. Just remember to keep an eye on the clock; the staff’s patience knows no bounds, as shared experiences like those of Makayla Criner remind us.
In summary, Pizza Ranch Lincoln is a shining gem within the local dining scene, combining delectable food, engaging ambiance, and superior service in one complete package. Whether you are indulging in their pizza buffet or savoring their craving-worthy fried chicken, each visit promises a delightful experience you won’t forget.

Quick update 8 Jan 2024. I got an e-mail announcing the creation of a "Fun Zone" for Pizza Ranch. I'm guessing they did this to compete with Cicis. Hopefully the dining area is insulated from this "Fun Zone" so adults can dine in peace. Cicis' Fun Zone has expanded into the dining area, and the arcade machines were too loud the last time I visited. ---------------------------------------------------------------- My first time going to Pizza Ranch was in September of 2017. I ordered the Bronco which is the all meat pizza. I went to the restaurant to order the pizza as a carry out. The bad thing is they started making the wrong pizza and had to start over, so my wait time was extended. The good news is they gave me a 5 off coupon for my wait. It was very good quality. It reminded me a lot of Pizza Hut's meat lovers pizza except it wasn't greasy. The second time, I ordered Chicken Bacon Ranch. It was great! The third time, which was Friday Oct 13th, I ordered the Texan which is a taco pizza. I had taco pizza before but not like this! This is the best quality taco pizza I ever had. Pizza Ranch is definitely the place to go for quality pizza. Each time I went into the restaurant and ordered a pizza for carry out, I was offered a free beverage while I waited. I have taken a friend here for the buffet a few times. The last time I visited was when I took a friend here on December 23rd last year. He loves Cici's, but I wanted to introduce him to a better pizza buffet, and I was treating him to the pizza buffet as a congratulations on an important achievement in his life. We both dined like kings. The first thing I did was fill my glass with Mr. Pibb. I love Mr. Pibb, but I can't find a store that sells it so it's a treat to get it here. I didn't mess with the salad bar that day. I just wasn't in the mood for rabbit food. I started right in with the pizza and the fried chicken. The fried chicken was very good. I'd argue good enough to give Popeyes and KFC a run for their money. The mashed potatoes were good too. The pizza was hot, fresh, and tasty. The desserts are good too. I'm so grateful that we have a pizza buffet option besides Cici's now that Valentino's and Pizza Hut don't offer buffets anymore.
Went to Pizza Ranch today for my daughters 2nd birthday. We got there after 7 due to scheduling appointments. Literally every single staff member we came across was so friendly and talkative to us. New food was constantly brought out. When we wanted different pizzas..they freshly made them for us. Everyone was constantly hustling. We were the very last customers in the restaurant after 9, we kept apologizing. But everyone was so chill about it. We will definitely be coming back. Food, customer service, and cleanliness was all on point!
A great place to get food with even better service and atmosphere!!! Carl, Andrea, James (Tarzan), and the rest of the crew are all so caring and amazing humans who really care for the people they serve!!! They made our experience awesome and we cannot thank you all enough!!! We will definitely be coming back!!! 1,000,000/10!!! A
Foods always fresh and delicious, usually always stocked up if not its not.long till it gets reearing. The only thing is it's a buffet and there's really not too many options but what is available is yummy for sure. The Workers are always super friendly and a bonus is there's a newly built fun zone to play in that's really a decently priced arcade that everyone enjoys when done eating.
This is a great place for a family atmosphere. They also got a fun center which beats the holy heck out of round 9 at the mall, 3 granite round 9 is bigger, but half of their machines never work. And uh, it's just waste of money, whereas at least with these guys, every single last machine works. And then the food's great, it's authentic genuine food. Great chicken taste different flavors. Salad is amazing way better than golden crows. And Bay, anywhere and finally, the ice cream is equivalent to McDonald's ice cream in it's good taste, texture and everything else. So yeah, I advise you. Especially if you have children however, it is kind of a bit expensive. But then again we do go in a family of ten plus the two kids
Took the family to check out the new fun zone and it was well worth it! The buffet was stocked great everything was fresh and delicious!! The kids zone isn’t huge but def super fun. The claw machines actually let you win!! The young man running it was very helpful and patient while my kids picked out their prizes. We are def going back my kids can’t wait
Updated: 6-16-24 the ham pizza was really good. Chicken is great salad bar was good. Very clean. They are very busy as it is fathers day. Great job. The pizza was not real warm looked like it had been there awhile. Fried chicken was delicious. Dessert pizza was yummy.
Unpopular opinion, but Pizza Ranch has some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. I rarely go for the pizza, but my husband loves pizza and hates fried chicken, so it works out really well for us. The salad bar ain't too bad either.
